We ask that you please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, and your co-pay.

Insurance, Billing, and Payments:
We are contracted through the UCLA Medical Group and our office accepts most insurance plans. Co-payments are due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, checks, and cash.
As a courtesy, University Podiatry Group will bill your insurance plan.
